Pigiste.info is operated by Étienne Savard (Québec, Canada). As the operator, Étienne Savard is designated as the person responsible for the protection of personal information under Québec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25).

We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell personal information.

The following service providers process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements compliant with Law 25. Transfers to the USA occur under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under Québec law.

5. Data Location
The primary database is hosted at OVH Canada's data centre in Beauharnois, QC. Authentication data is processed by Auth0 (USA). Payments are processed by Stripe (USA). Transactional emails are sent via Resend (USA).

7. Your Rights

8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted (TLS). The database is hosted on dedicated servers at OVH Canada (Beauharnois, QC). Daily encrypted backups are taken. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel.
9. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
